The Flood Advisory is cancelled for portions of east central 
California, including the following areas, Alpine and Mono. Portions 
of western Nevada, including the following area, Douglas.

The heavy rain has ended. Small creeks and streams may still be 
running high, but flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. 
Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
