...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following 
  counties, Craig and Ottawa.

* WHEN...Until 600 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 252 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding was reported in Commerce.
    Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Commerce is the most likely place to experience minor
    flooding.
