* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and northwest Oklahoma, including the 
  following counties, in central Oklahoma, Canadian, Cleveland, 
  Kingfisher, Logan and Oklahoma. In northwest Oklahoma, Blaine.

* WHEN...Until 1130 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 825 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain
    in the warned area due to thunderstorms. While the heavy
    rainfall has ended, flooding is still ongoing.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Oklahoma City, Edmond, Moore, Midwest City, Del City, El
    Reno, Yukon, Bethany, Mustang, Choctaw, Warr Acres, The
    Village, Piedmont, Spencer, Nichols Hills, Jones, Nicoma
    Park, Okarche, Valley Brook and Calumet.
