...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following 
  counties, Bedford, Blair and Fulton.

* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1229 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 4 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall of 0.5 to 1 inches is expected over the
    area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Altoona, Hollidaysburg, Tyrone, Bedford, Breezewood,
    Warfordsburg, Roaring Spring, Clearville, Bald Eagle, New
    Enterprise, Martinsburg, Lakemont, Everett, Bellwood,
    Claysburg, Williamsburg, Duncansville, McConnellsburg,
    Osterburg and Harrisonville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
