Northwestern Morris, Northwestern Hunterdon, Sussex, Warren, Berks, 
Lehigh, Northampton, Southeastern Carbon, Southeastern Monroe, 
Northwestern Bucks, North Central Chester and Northwestern 
Montgomery Counties.

The heavy rain has ended. Widespread flooding is no longer expected
