...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 AM CDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central South Dakota, including the following 
  county, Buffalo.

* WHEN...Until 330 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...It will take several hours for all the water from these 
  storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 932 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Shelby, Etbauer Hill, Crow Creek Housing, Lees Corner, Lake
    Francis Case and southeastern Crow Creek Reservation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
