  Lake County in east central South Dakota...
  Minnehaha County in southeastern South Dakota...
  Miner County in east central South Dakota...
  McCook County in southeastern South Dakota...
  Eastern Hanson County in southeastern South Dakota...

* Until 115 PM CDT Monday.

* At 110 PM CDT, local emergency managers continue to report 
  widespread flooding issues due to heavy rainfall Tuesday, 
  Wednesday, and Thursday. Several primary and secondary roads 
  continue to experience flooding, with widespread ponding in low 
  areas. Travel may be difficult to impossible in some locations.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Worthington, Madison, Luverne, Pipestone, Slayton, Lake Vermillion
  State Recreation Area, Lake Herman State Park, Dell Rapids,
  Hartford, Flandreau, Salem, Fulda, Crooks, Adrian, Edgerton,
  Garretson, Baltic, Howard, Colton and Hills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
