  West central Potter County in north central South Dakota...
  East central Dewey County in north central South Dakota...

* Until 900 AM CDT/800 AM MDT/.

* At 555 AM CDT/455 AM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms
  producing heavy rain which will cause flooding.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Swiftbird Day School, Swiftbird, and Whitlocks Bay Rec Area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
