* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...East Fork Trinity River at McKinney.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will begin 
  along the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this afternoon and continue falling to 6.5 feet early
    Tuesday afternoon.
