...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following 
  county, Crockett.

* WHEN...Until 945 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 644 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    The Intersection Of Ranch Road 2083 And Highway 405, The
    Intersection Of Highway 163 And Ranch Road 1973 and Ft
    Lancaster.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    crossings along SH 163, Live Oak Road crossing Live Oak
    Creek, crossings along County Road 411, crossings along The
    Pecos River and crossings along County Road 401.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
