...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 245 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following 
  county, Dimmit.

* WHEN...Until 245 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1139 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated developing showers
    over portions of southern Dimmit county, including Catarina
    and U.S. Highway 83. Runoff from earlier heavy rains and any
    additional rainfall will continue to result in minor flooding
    in the advisory area.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain and continued runoff will
    result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Catarina and U.S. Highway 83.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
