...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following 
  county, Haskell.

* WHEN...Until 915 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 834 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated light rain due to
    thunderstorms over Haskell County. This will cause urban and
    small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Haskell, Stamford, Rule, Rochester, Weinert, O'Brien, Paint
    Creek, Lake Stamford Marina, Irby, Sagerton, Us-277 Near The
    Haskell-Knox County Line and Jud.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    Loop Road crossing Paint Creek, County Road 274 crossing
    Brushy Creek, crossings along County Road 247 and County Road
    279 crossing North Paint Creek.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
