...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR SNOWMELT HAS EXPIRED...

The Advisory has expired for portions of central Utah and northern 
Utah, including the following counties, in central Utah, Sanpete. In 
northern Utah, Utah.

Flood waters have receded. According to the Utah Department of 
Transportation, US-89 is now open in the impacted locations. 
Hydrologic flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat.
