The Flood Advisory will expire at 11 PM EDT this evening for 
portions of southwest Virginia, including the following areas and 
independent cities, Bland, Carroll, City of Galax, City of Radford, 
Craig, Floyd, Giles, Grayson, western Montgomery, Patrick, Pulaski, 
Smyth and Wythe and southeast West Virginia, including the following 
areas, Mercer and Monroe.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
