The Flood Advisory will expire at 3 AM EST early this morning for 
portions of east central, eastern, and southeast Virginia, including 
the following areas, in east central Virginia, Essex, King William, 
King and Queen, New Kent, Richmond and Westmoreland. In eastern 
Virginia, Lancaster, Mathews, Middlesex and Northumberland. In 
southeast Virginia, Gloucester.

The heavy rain has ended. Please continue to heed remaining road 
closures.
