The Flood Advisory will expire at 345 PM EST this afternoon for a 
portion of southwest Virginia, including the following areas and 
independent city, City of Norton, Lee, Scott and Wise.

Flood waters have receded and the heavy rain has ended. Flooding is 
no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed
