The Flood Advisory will expire at 130 AM EDT early this morning for 
portions of central, east central, south central, and southeast 
Virginia, including the following areas and independent cities, in 
central Virginia, Amelia, Chesterfield and City of Colonial Heights. 
In east central Virginia, Charles City. In south central Virginia, 
City of Hopewell, City of Petersburg, Dinwiddie, Nottoway and Prince 
George. In southeast Virginia, James City, Surry and Sussex.

The heavy rain has ended. Please continue to heed remaining road 
closures.
