The Flood Advisory will expire at 230 AM EDT early this morning for 
a portion of southeast Virginia, including the following areas and 
independent cities, City of Chesapeake, City of Hampton, City of 
Newport News, City of Norfolk, City of Poquoson, City of Portsmouth, 
City of Virginia Beach, City of Williamsburg, James City and York.

The heavy rain has ended.  Please continue to heed remaining road
