The Flood Warning will expire at noon EDT today for portions of 
central and western Virginia, including the following areas, in 
central Virginia, Albemarle and Nelson. In western Virginia, Augusta 
and City of Waynesboro.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining 
road closures.
