...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected in the 
  Green Ridge Burn Scar.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Washington, including the following 
  county, Columbia.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 754 PM PDT, At 750 PM, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain.
    Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    advisory area.
  - Additional rainfall of 0.25 to 0.5 inches is expected on top
    of what fell earlier this afternoon.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    mainly rural areas of Southeastern Columbia County

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move away from recently burned areas. Life-threatening flooding of 
creeks, roads and normally dry arroyos is likely. The heavy rains 
will likely trigger rockslides, mudslides and debris flows in steep 
terrain, especially in and around these areas.
