...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 445 AM PDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 445 AM PDT early this morning for 
portions of northwest and west central Washington, including the 
following areas, in northwest Washington, Clallam, Island, 
Jefferson, Kitsap and Skagit. In west central Washington, King, 
Pierce, Snohomish and Thurston.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat.
