...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Wisconsin, 
  including the following counties, in south central Wisconsin, Dane 
  and Rock. In southeast Wisconsin, Jefferson.

* WHEN...Until 730 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 527 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Stoughton, Fort Atkinson, Jefferson, Lake Mills, Milton,
    Edgerton, Cottage Grove, Johnson Creek, Deerfield, Cambridge,
    Lake Ripley, Lake Koshkonong, Fulton, Albion, Milford, Utica,
    Rockdale, Busseyville, Indianford and Helenville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
