...FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 1 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Warning will expire at 1 PM EDT this afternoon for 
portions of central and northern West Virginia, including the 
following counties, in central West Virginia, Calhoun, Gilmer and 
Roane. In northern West Virginia, Doddridge, Harrison and Ritchie.

Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
