portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, 
Belmont, Columbiana, Jefferson OH and Monroe, Pennsylvania, 
including the following areas, Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, 
Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Washington and Westmoreland, and 
West Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke, Hancock, 
Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston and Wetzel.

The heavy rain has ended. Please continue to heed remaining road 
closures.
