...FLOOD WARNING IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Warning is cancelled for a portion of northern West 
Virginia, including the following counties, Barbour and Upshur, 
although River Flood Warnings remain in effect for the Tygart Valley 
River.

While flood waters are receding along the Middle Fork Tygart Valley 
River, other portions of the Tygart Valley River are flooding such 
as Belington and Philippi.

Motorists should continue to use extreme caution and be prepared for 
water or debris on roadways. Please continue to heed remaining road 
closures.
