MORNING...

Temperatures and wind chill temperatures are slowly rising this 
morning and are ranging from 50 below zero to 60 below zero. The 
slow warming is anticipated to continue through the day to 40 below 
zero this afternoon.

Very cold wind chills will persist through today, so appropriate 
precautions should be continue to be taken.  Dress in layers 
including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure 
portable heaters are used correctly.
