...HIGH WIND WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT NOON MDT TODAY...

Winds will slowly decrease across the Front Range Mountains and 
Foothills through the afternoon and evening hours. It will still be 
windy in spots, but winds will generally contract to the higher 
elevations by late afternoon such as locations along and west of the 
Peak to Peak Highway.

Winds will also be gradually decreasing in Weld and Morgan Counties, 
but areas of blowing dust could locally reduce visibilities til mid 
to late afternoon.
