* WHAT...Visibility of a quarter-mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Maine and southern 
  New Hampshire.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility will begin to improve after 9am 
  across the interior, but remain dense in areas along the immediate 
  coast.
