* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts in excess of 60 mph.

* WHERE...Great Salt Lake Desert and Mountains and Tooele and Rush 
  Valleys.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and 
  cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for 
  high profile vehicles and vehicles with trailers. Areas of blowing 
  dust and salt may reduce visibility at times.
