* WHERE...Castle Country, San Rafael Swell, Sevier Valley, Capitol 
  Reef National Park and Vicinity, Upper Sevier River Valleys, and 
  Western Canyonlands.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few 
  power outages may result. Areas of blowing dust may reduce 
  visibility at times.
