...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 AM EDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN MACON...PEACH AND SOUTHEASTERN CRAWFORD COUNTIES...

At 1129 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Nakomis, or
near Fort Valley, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Perry, Fort Valley, Warner Robins, Byron, Marshallville, Saint Louis,
Nakomis, Powerville, Lee Pope, Miami Valley, and Lakewood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 PM EDT for central
Georgia. A Tornado Watch also remains in effect until 500 PM EDT for
west central Georgia.
