FOR NORTH CENTRAL ASCENSION...ST. HELENA...NORTHWESTERN LIVINGSTON...
EAST CENTRAL EAST FELICIANA AND EASTERN EAST BATON ROUGE PARISHES...

At 1026 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Darlington to near Denham Springs, moving east at
35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Denham Springs, Greensburg, Walker, Livingston, French Settlement,
Port Vincent, Montpelier, Darlington, Easleyville, and Shenandoah.

This includes Interstate 12 between mile markers 9 and 28.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for southeastern
Louisiana.
