...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR CHEROKEE...EASTERN POLK AND
SOUTHERN MONROE COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 715 AM EDT...

The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, heavy
rain is still possible with these thunderstorms.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 PM EDT for southwestern
North Carolina.

Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
Eastern Cherokee County and Clay County until 745 AM EDT.
