* At 949 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 22 nm west of South Point to 7 nm west of Oscoda to
  7 nm northwest of White Stone Point, moving northeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
