* Until 630 PM CDT.

* At 529 PM CDT, showers capable of producing wind gusts to 45 knots 
  and waterspouts were located along a line extending from 7 nm 
  north of Tofte Safe Harbor, to 8 nm southeast of Sugar Loaf Cove, 
  to 9 nm north of Sand Island, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small 
           craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
