  MN beyond 5NM...
  Outer Apostle Islands Beyond 5 NM from Mainland...
  Silver Bay Harbor to Two Harbors MN...
  Taconite Harbor to Silver Bay Harbor MN...
  Two Harbors to Duluth MN...

* Until 300 PM CDT.

* At 203 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located over Twin Points Safe Harbor, or 34 nm
  northeast of Duluth Lift Bridge Channel, moving east at 55 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Beaver Bay, Split Rock Lighthouse, Two Harbors Protected Access
  Agate Bay, Twin Points Safe Harbor, Castle Danger, and Silver Bay
  Marina and Ore Dock.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
