  Woodway, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds 
           and suddenly higher waves.

  Manchester, Woodway, Clinton, Foulweather Bluff, Puget Sound and
