* At 321 AM PDT, strong showers and thunderstorms were located along 
  a line extending from 8 nm west of Cape Arago to 13 nm northwest 
  of Cape Blanco, moving east at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high 
           winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher 
           waves.
