  to 30 nm...
  Waters from San Mateo point to the Mexican Border Extending 30 to
  60 nm out including San Clemente Island...

* Until 1230 AM PST.

* At 1140 PM PST, a frontal band of heavy rain and strong winds 
  continues to track to the southeast tonight. Thunderstorms could 
  develop along this line. 

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* The frontal band will remain over mainly open waters.
