  The Saint Lawrence River from Cape Vincent to Alexandria Bay...

* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 629 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 22 nm west of
  Stony Point, or 27 nm northwest of Oswego, moving east at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and large hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in 
           structural damage.

* Locations impacted include...
  Pillar Point, Southwick Beach, Henderson Harbor, Wellesley Island,
  Westcott Beach, Chaumont Bay, Selkirk Beach, Stony Point, Clayton,
  Sandy Island Beach, Tibbets Point, Black River Bay, Sackets Harbor,
  North Pond, St. Lawrence River, Cape Vincent, and Alexandria Bay.
