...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern Routt
and east central Moffat Counties through 445 PM MDT...

At 421 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Hayden, or 11 miles southeast of Craig, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Hayden and Tow Creek. 

This includes U.S. Highway 40 in Colorado between mile markers 95 and
120.
