...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL CHARLOTTE AND
SOUTHWESTERN DESOTO COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM EDT...

At 508 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Southeast Arcadia, or 8 miles southwest of Arcadia, moving southeast
at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
North Port, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Charlotte County Airport,
Southeast Arcadia, Nocatee, Harbour Heights, Cleveland, Lake Suzy,
Solana, Fort Ogden, Charlotte Park, and Charlotte Harbor.
