...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of Hawaii in Hawaii
County through 500 PM HST...

At 354 PM HST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles west of Puuanahulu, or 15 miles north of Kailua-Kona, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Kailua-Kona, Waikoloa Village, Honokaa, Paauilo, Waipio Valley,
Kukuihaele, Puuanahulu, Kamuela, Laupahoehoe, Ookala, Kalaoa, Waimanu
Valley, Puako, Kawaihae, Pohakuloa Training Area, Waikoloa Beach,
Waikii, Mauna Lani and Kona International Airport.
