At 824 PM HST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
central Oahu, moving west at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Waipio, Mililani, Waianae, Wheeler Field, Kunia, Waikele, Wahiawa,
