SOUTHEASTERN SABINE AND WINN PARISHES THROUGH 700 AM CDT...

At 613 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles northwest of Winnfield to 8 miles west
of Hornbeck. Movement was southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Natchitoches, Winnfield, Colfax, Olla, Clarks, Montgomery, Grayson,
Urania, Florien, Provencal, Natchez, Clarence, Dry Prong, Tullos,
Dodson, Georgetown, Calvin, Fisher, Atlanta, and Sikes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
