...MINOR FLOODING EXPECTED...

Thunderstorms with heavy rain will cause minor flooding in the
following counties...

Dakota...Le Sueur...Scott...Rice...

* Until 400 AM CDT.

* At 1256 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the area. Up to
  one inch of rain has already fallen in portions of Le Sueur county.

* Some locations that will experience minor flooding include...
  St. Paul, Faribault, Northfield, Bloomington, Eagan, Burnsville,
  Lakeville, Apple Valley, Shakopee, Inver Grove Heights, Savage and
  Prior Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
