...SMALL STREAM FLOODING EXPECTED...

Heavy rain will cause minor flooding in the following counties... 

Renville...

* Until 1000 PM CDT.

* At 824 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  small stream flooding. Overflow of water will result in minor 
  flooding of poor drainage locations in the area. Estimates suggest 
  that 5 to 7 inches of rain have fallen.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 3 inches is expected over the area. This 
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
