...LOCALLY DENSE FOG AFFECTING AREAS NEAR THE TWIN PORTS TODAY...

Areas of locally dense fog will affect areas on top of the hill 
in Duluth this afternoon. Visibilities of 1/2 to 1/4 mile have 
already been observed, which should persist through the afternoon
and early evening hours. Visibilities are expected to improve
later this evening. If traveling today, reduce your speed and use
low- beam headlights when encountering foggy areas. 

A Dense Fog Advisory may be needed. Keep updated on the latest 
forecast for fog development trends.
