MINNESOTA THROUGH 200 PM CDT...

At 1258 PM CDT, a line of showers producing gusty winds extended 
from around Rochester to Caledonia, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Rochester, Winona, Caledonia, Preston, Stewartville, Byron, Goodview,
St. Charles, Plainview, Chatfield, Spring Valley, Eyota, Rushford,
Lewiston, Spring Grove, Grand Meadow, Elgin, Harmony, Houston, and
Mabel.

This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 184 and
