At 728 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Widener, or near Madison, moving northeast at 60
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
West Memphis, Forrest City, Marion, Wynne, Marianna, Earle, Hughes,
Parkin, Madison, Palestine, Village Creek State Park, Tunica,
Caldwell, Crawfordsville, Edmondson, Colt, Horseshoe Lake, Widener,
Moro, and Rondo.
